Anywhere between $35,000 - $41,000.
I am shopping for a 2010 or 2011 too.

Did you have to deal with your salesperson to get lifetime powertrain warranty?
or
they just threw it in for you?
I wonder if that is possible here in California.

It was just something that this certain Lexus dealership was offering. They offer it with all cars under 50k miles. I hadn't seen it anywhere else in all my searching.

I would plug in all the specifics into the NADA, KBB and Edmunds websites and see what they say.

Picked up a 2010 LS460 AWD CPO with 25k miles on it a year ago for $40k. I don't think it's depreciated much in that time perhaps you could get one ~1k lower.

That's a pretty great deal. CPO 2010's with miles in the 20,000's are going for around $47,000 OTD by me (Chicagoland area).
