Finally spoke to Brian at ijdmtoy and confirmed they are not in stock. They are drop offs from a local distributor, k2 motor/spec d tuning I'm guessing, then ship to customer.
Phone line stays busy and live chat is down. Not being able to speak to someone and verify stock, I'm hesitant to order/pay and be told later, sorry out of stock with no ETA.

Sure! It allow you to have all the little LED's between the L's and top and the turn signal to lit up and vice versa. See image below on right side and second image without optional kit.
