You could have a bad tire that is out of round. .it happens. Road force will pinpoint that..thats your cheapest option. When I first got my tires, the balance was great until I got to about 65. I got road force and it took care of it and glass smooth to at least 100mph Here in ATL I get my 22s road forced for $65 out the door
+1 on the out-of-round issue.
Many years ago I had some tires balanced and still had the vibration.
The older shop foreman came around and talked to the tech. He asked if he'd checked for tires being round...tech said 'huh'?
Foreman held a chalk along the outer edge of the spinning tire.
Then he said to the tech: "Son you can balance a square tire, but it still won't run true"
