I have only had my 2012 LS for about 3 weeks, but so far, no water sound.

I've had no luck with Lexus corporate - total waste of time. I've been a Lexus driver since 1992, owned 4 Lexus vehicles (still own 3). The last time I contacted them, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me (after I'd called them several times in the interim) just to be told to go and talk with my dealer.
Frankly, I've had better customer service from BMW.

In Cali, they have a thing where you pay 250/500 as an option for 1-2 days and if you don't like the car for whatever reason, you can return it, too bad you didn't get that, but don't feel bad I've seen worst CPO dealings for Beemer 7 series owners where they had to leave their Ultimate Driving Machine, CPO'd at the dealer for a month after purchasing because it wouldn't start, so don't feel bad, at least your's runs still

I read somewhere that the running water sound is due to air in the coolant system. Im going to have a Toyota dealer do a flush on the coolant system and see if that gets rid of the sound.

Every 150K, our cars use the Toyota Super long life (pink) coolant, but the coolant should be inspected every 15K per maintenance schedule. I notice they Lexus updated spark plug replacement to 60K from 110K for 07-09.

Sorry to say that I've had my share of problems with my 08 CPO. The sunken button issue they will fix under warranty. If not, complain to the managers, Yelp, or whoever you need to. Just not Lexus corporate. They honestly didn't give a damn when I complained to them. Their direct answer basically said I'm ****** out of luck. I had a lot better response with talking to the managers of the dealerships.
I've owned my 08 CPO for a little over a year now. So far, I had to take it in to the dealer about eight times so far. I actually had to take it in today for another issue but they didn't have a loaner for me so I took it back.

I never really noticed it. Thanks, I'm sure I will now. Haha.
Sad thing is that we can never duplicate the issue when we take it in to the dealership. I had hell of a time trying to duplicate the weird rattle coming from my wheels, which everyone told me was my control arms. It ended up being my wheel bearings.
