It seems like the driver's seat can be adjusted all the way back (toward the rear) a very large distance. However the front passenger's seat can only be adjusted all the way back (toward the rear) less in comparison. I thought that they'd both be equal. Or at least similar. But this doesn't seem to be the case. There is a huge discrepancy in distance when comparing to each other.

Can anyone test on theirs? Btw, I have a LWB. No executive seating, No audio/4-zone climate controls in the back. Only basic seat adjustments/memory/heat,cool,vent in the back.

I think the rationale is that the driver must have a comfortable driving position for safety reasons. The front passenger, on the other hand, will just have to suck it up!
