What model year is your LS? If 2010 - 2012 are you driving on Eco mode? If so, the AC will not cool the car very well on really hot days when it's 90+ degrees outside and especially if the car has been parked in the hot sun for a while. If you are not driving in Eco mode then the AC works very well. I also had a 2008 LS and that model did not have the Eco mode. The AC worked very well.
