I am look at these wheels on craiglist and is 5x120 medium offset. Will it fit on my 07 LS460?

5x120 is not an offset measurement

5x120 is our wheel bolt pattern, and yes 5x120 wheels will work, but it doesnt end there.

You need to know wheel bore size to get right hubcentric rings so it sits tight on the brake hat
You also need to know actual offset size and wheel width/diameter to know if it will clear the brakes, but also fit inside fender.

"medium" can be very subjective and should not be relied on when buying wheels you cant test fit.

Since it's local, just give it a try since many people on CG allow you to test fit if you're looking to purchase.
