Sounds about right. I got the same warranty for my 2009 LS with about 75k miles back in December for $2400.

I would say that's a bit pricey. I'm not sure if you read my earlier replies, but I'd suggest you visit your local Credit Union and see what they offer. A warranty for 3Y/45K at my Credit Union would cost $1501 for their Platinum coverage that covers practically everything except for wear and tear items and 0 deductible or $932 for a $250 deductible . For example my warranty for my '07 LS with 60k miles was 800 or so bucks (don't quite remember) for 4Y/50K with a $250 deductible.
But if Carchex is your only option, someone else mentioned it looks like a good price, so go for it.

Does anyone know a good repair facility to take the car to for service that accepts CARCHEX?

I always brought it to my local Lexus dealership and they managed the whole claims process with Carchex. I probably filed about a half dozen claims with Carchex over 6 years (I extended my warranty after the first policy ended) totaling over $15k in Lexus dealership repair costs. Always smooth since they give you a loaner car and deal with all the back and forth with the warranty company.
