What a great day to drive a Lexus!

Thursday, my wife and I played a little hooky from work. We had a few errands to do including me getting gas for this weekends events. As we pulled out of the garage and headed over to the gas station, I noticed the feint smell of gasoline. I always glance around to see if some hooptie is nearby since I usually run the vents open to the outside. Nothing. I get gas and when I get back in the car, the odor is certain. GAS!

Now let me preface this by saying, I love my wife. In fact, we've had wonderful 5 years of marriage (we've been married for 23 years). Ok so I'm just kidding dear! As we head to our next stop, I just can't stop smelling gas. I say out loud: "I'm smelling gas". To which she replies: "Oh, that might be me. When I got gas in my car earlier this morning, I kinda got some on the bottom of my shoes!" YIKES!

By my calculations based on walking from downtown, she should just about be getting home sometimes today!!!!!
