Finally fixed mine. Took 5 min. This thread delivers. I didn't even disconnect or clean any wires. I just followed the directions and loosened the horn screw connection at the bottom then tightened it down. Great to have the horn back.

Wow, where can I find this horn screw? Mine still blows sometimes. Glad you have that friend and glad your horn is working.
few years later still no horn. I cant believe all that some have done is remove the pad and reconnect some plugs. I need to do that because im selling the car. 2010 es350
My horn does the same thing. The Toyota dealer wanted to charge $3600 for a new horn sir bag snd a clock spring. I found a clock spring on EBay but my mechanic shop said when they installed the clock spring it caused a lot of warning lights to come on and they replaced the original one. Horn still blows intermittently,
I finally got my horn working like a champ. I saw this video where there is a screw under the air bag you have to unscrew it and clean it and around it then replace it and the horn will work again. Before that I was thinking I needed a new clock spring.

Mine is also still working, as I posted above I only had to remove the horn's cap and massage the wires, for sure it was a bad contact somewhere but I have been unable to precisely locate which plug was faulty.

I'm going to do that job next week while I'm off work.
