battery charge longevity without driving car?
Say your going to the airport etc, how long do these cars maintain a charge with a real good battery? Seems like a lot of drain going on in a loaded 460. My 91 wouldn't even last 2 weeks and it was primitive in comparison.

Of course there is many variables that can affect this. If your car is completely stock, no aftermarket anything. I would say 3 week minimum. I would hope for longer. If you have aftermarket items, they usually are adding to the draw. I don't know that the typical draw would be, but I have had to trouble shoot a few problems like this on other vehicles.

Ambient temperature has a lot to do with your question. Basically if you are in a warm environment the battery will last longer....... Colder will last less. Parking the car in the sun will help in a cold enviorment.
FWIW...... If you have a battery that is less than four years old it should easily hold up for at least 4 weeks or more in a 32*F plus enviorment..
TIP! If you want to be "on the safe side" buy a portable jump starter and store it in the trunk for a quick jump.
