YA Gota Love the Look of Your Women in a LS 460
To say my wife of 48 years is not Strikingly Beautiful would be a lie. However when she drives off in the freshly waxed LS 460 L she is Drop Dead Gorgeous!

The LS is safely back in the garage. Oh ye of little faith. And yes she looks even better having arrived home safely. Thank You Lord for bringing her home to me safely.

The 2014 LS460 was acquired to replace her 2001 LS430 (which she got in early '04). So, yes she looks great in her new-to-her car when she drives off......
The better news is I get her "hand me down" as my new-to-me daily driver.......
Both are great cars......

I get what Dennis is saying though. For myself, I don't have very many things I'm passionate about. But of those few things, when my wife partakes and appreciates, I definitely find it attractive.
My wife delves into my scotch now (drinks my blue label like its Kirkland) and wears my Rolex president, which is now officially her watch. She still thinks I'm crazy with my car stuff but she has a company Prius 24/7. So if and when the company car thing ends, she'll learn I'm sure she'll appreciate my Lexus obsession a little more.
But in occasion when she does drive the LS. I will damn near break my ankle to see her driving away in it. Is that wrong?

Hurts my eyes seeing her drive my car.
Will she unload the suspension before going over the putholes? Will she pace herself between red lights ? Will she glance in the rear view mirror before braking?
I know answers to these questions. And it all comes to an end today.
As I'm going to a Honda dealer today and leasing her an Accord to stop this madness.
But I gotta be honest, about 12 years ago I had a big white 94 s500 Benz, w140. I'd be damned if I wasn't proud of her piloting that tank around with finesse and class.

My wife won't drive my 460. May have told the story, but here goes again. When I had the 430, she needed to go out one rainy day. Her car had a slow tire leak and being a weekend, wasn't going to the dealer till Monday. She is backing my car out of the garage and the heavy winds blow open the storage room door at the precise moment she is passing by. The door rips off the driver side view mirror and leaves it dangling.
Now she is freaking out. I duct taped it for the remainder of the weekend (all class I am!). She calls Lexus and they want $1000 for the part. She is very ingenious. She found a perfect used part for $400 somewhere on line. The local shop I used at the time put it on for $100.
Needless to say she won't drive my car.
