Headlight sealant
Anyone wax their headlights?
Any other products out there that people use to protect against UV-induced hazing?
Think a simple non-abrasive car sealant would work?

I use 3M on mine. Do not ever use the ones included in kits like Meguiars or Turtle Wax. I have seen friends use them and they yellow even faster than if they were left alone.

Do not under any circumstances use anything abrasive. That will badly speed the hazing process. A non-abrasive sealant may help if applied carefully and not too often, but it can't totally prevent hazing.
The best way to protect against hazing is to keep your car out of the sun. If that's impossible, the best answer is eventually to strip and then clear-coat your lenses. Obviously that's a lot of work.

For me, Aerospace 303 has done the best job. I use it on all my car's headlights and tail lights. It provides good UV protection, and makes everything look great, i.e., rubber, plastic, vinyl, etc. I even use it on my speedometer cluster. Just spray and let dry, then buff off the residue. It does not leave any haze at all.

There's a lot of info on this if you do a search in the Automotive Care & Detailing forum.
