Default 2014 LS460L "Check headlight system" error

2014 LS460L "Check headlight system" error popped up. Since the RV mirror failed as well apparently the system is not getting the light sensor signal from the mirror and brings up the HL error. Where is the RV mirror fuse? I took off the fuse cover to the left under the steering column but can't find it. It's not practical to unplug and check all 26 fuses, owner manual is useless...

Glad it's fixed but would't this still be under warranty? Sounds like a quick trip to Lexus would've fixed it without the hassles.

I think he meant Rear View mirror. I know there's a sensor on the mirror side for the auto-dimming, but I remember seeing something on the glass side, which may be what he is talking about in regards to the light sensor.

The photo sensor on the windshield side is to detect ambient light.
If the ambient is low (as at night) and the mirror detects high, that condition is interpreted as headlights approaching from behind.
This triggers the auto-dimming. The amount of dimming depends on the magnitude of the difference.
