Wheel Choices: Help me decide once and for all
#62
Yeah, I think that example is with really abnormal tire sizes. Here's one more representative of what it might look like. Also plastered HRE RB1s. I'm doing this as it's easier to look at all of pictures at once here than on my phone. Probably can't get more ridiculous than HREs, but it's not much more than FL. Just wondering how dumb it might look not lowered with such expensive wheels.

Yeah, I agree!
Lol, I still haven't purchased anything.
This thing is spiraling out of control. I think to myself, if my tax bill is light and I go forgelines, why not spend a bit more and get HREs!
Glad I'm taking my time and not just jumping in. Thank you for the feedback. I updated post 62 with a stock 19 LS for comparison and contrast.

Yeah, I wish our center caps would fit on the BBS, but they don't. That was one of the questions I asked.
Yeah, having more OEM wheel options would be nice for sure. I know other brands offer a large amount of choices, whereas with Lexus--at least with the LS--have very limited choices. I do like the "OEM" look, but I won't go near remanufacturered wheels or risk buying second-hand and I don't like the price of new OEM wheels, why even bother at that dollar amount.
I honestly cannot decide. It's reached a point where it's actually funny. I constantly revisit this page and stare at pictures for a long time lol. That transitive property of trying to visualize wheels on your own car is tough. I'm at a point where I'm almost snow blind.
I think what's helping me is seeing the car in its native format (OEM wheels) next to prospective choices. I think to myself, does look bad? Then I scroll down and see what our cars look like in factory settings and it provides perspective.

Just find a machinist or someone with a mill and just make your own to fit from and OEM set. Shouldn't be that hard. If you're spending that much money for new wheels why not just go the extra mile and get them done the way you want?
