BTW, I think the spec level sold in Australia was quite high, there was only one LS460 sold with no options. I'm somewhat disappointed about boot size, as mine has the rear AC unit that robs boot space.
I've just purchased my first Lexus, a 2007 LS460 with 146K kilometres. It's sable grey with ivory interior. I can't be happier with my purchase, upgrading from a 1987 W126 Mercedes S Class.

Hi folks!, it's been a long time since I've been on here! I purchased a 2016 LS 460 last December. 24k miles, Liquid Silver ext grey and black interior, comfort package and Mark Levinson. Runs like a dream. My previous Lexus were a 92 LS 400 gold/tan and 06 GS 300 AWD sapphire pearl/parchment. Leaving the Benzes alone, cause longevity for them CO$T, and the LS is a great vehicle with way better reliability!
Hi - Your car looks fantastic. Don't worry about buying the '07. I had the same concerns after buying mine, but no issues so far. There were a few early recalls but as long as they have been covered, just enjoy your car. Some cars have interior parts that deteriorate and become sticky. But I believe that's related to hot climate cars. But there are warranty enhancements for that, at least in the US.

Hello, new to this sub-forum only. I've owned a '92 LS400 for nine years, which I took over from my mother. Due to a hit & run accident that totaled my Optima I am now in the market for a LS460. Any tips would be appreciated as I am pressed for time. I need to get out of this rental car in the next few weeks.
Got this 08, LS460 Obsidian black on black beauty 2 years ago with 30k on it. Now has 62k and definitely one of the best cars I've ever driven and owned. Its completely stock. Silky smooth driver, great fit and finish.

My wife has had the Lexus in our family for the last three years (RX). I have been looking for a nice vehicle to be my daily driver and keep miles off of my Camaro SS. I didn’t want to spend much money, but wanted a comfortable and reliable car. So after a lot of looking at the european sedans, I thought about the need for reliability.
And thats when the LS460s started to catch my eye. Well, I found a 2007 silver LS460 single owner vehicle that I will be picking up this weekend and I can’t wait.
Now, I need to decide what wheels I plan to purchase. Nothing too extreme, but the stock wheels 18” will have to go.
