You cannot use a scissor emergency jack to lift a car up and crawl underneath safely. Doesn't matter if you use 2...or 3....or 4...they aren't designed for that. Crawling under a 4300b car held up by two jacks that cannot support that weight over time in that way is insane. Please, please, please use the proper equipment for your own safety.

^ safety first! I wouldn't ever crawl under the heavy vehicle we own with scissor jacks. Bend the metal under there. It's not in plain site to even notice. I believe the dealer lift pads are similar to the pads on hydraulic jacks we use. Don't risk yourself.

Appreciate everyone's concern about my safety! Dealer called and said they will goodwill a new jack... Doesn't seem that the jack is covered under CPO but they decided to goodwill it...so if anyone ever face this situation with CPO it is a toss...

Thank you all for the responses!!! Reason I use the car jack is the grooved slot that does not damage the under carriage. I have two hydrolic lifts with stands, problem is they bend the jack locking grooves after use.
Also, I do believe that I know how to use a jack I think that those OEM jacks are not designed for repeated use. The one that was damaged is from my 600, every time I used it I felt that it was struggling lifting the car especially the front of the 600.
I guess safety first, so agree with the opinion of not using those and getting under the car.
One dealer already said No to replacement and the other ordered one and said they will check with the CPO warranty. Will not call Lexus on this one, saving my chances for a bigger deal.
Will update on the outcome.

There are a few points on the front side, but there is a main lifting point from which you can slide your hydraulic jack underneath the front of the car, jack it up and place jack stands underneath the car on both sides.
The rear, if I'm not mistaken, has jack points right in front of each of the rear tires, and there is a heavy duty rubber cushion which, from observation, is the area which is used by shops when they use the heavy duty whole-car hydraulic lift.
Glad the dealership saw fit to help you out and please do be mindful and careful.

I think hfahmy has gotten the point!
BTW, nice of the dealer to do a goodwill replacement. Of course there are probably a ton of these available from wrecked cars.

Informative post Dr. Jekyll. I know that similar incidents have happened locally here over the past few years.

Great to hear the dealer squared you away.

So, again I appreciate very much the advice about not using the car jack for changing oil from all! Always great lessons learned on this forum
However, I want to say that there was a little bit of piling in this thread. Tone could have been on the lighter side and result would have been the same
This is the only internet forum that I felt worth while contributing to, I post with the only objective to help others rater than make them feel bad or stupid. I hope it is not much to expect others to treat me the same
