"Personalized Settings" for LS460
Just found the attached document which talks about "Personalized Settings" for the LS460.
It'll be interesting to see how many of these settings can be customized without going to the dealership...

A lot of those that cannot be changed by the in-car personalization settings can be accessed and changed by yourself using an OBD2 app like Carista. What can and cannot be done by yourself (with the OBD2 app) is highlighted in the manual I think.
Just be aware that the dealer offers changes on the first scheduled service visit for free and any changes thereafter costs money. No idea if that first visit constitutes the very first visit of the car after it was purchased new or if it starts over after it was purchased used. In any case, it doesn't hurt to ask and I'm sure they could extend some goodwill if you don't want to do it yourself with the app.

My 2002 Lexus SC430 allows absolutely NO customization without the dealer... but of course that's an entirely different generation of car and on-board electronics... how many 2002 model cars do you know with on-board navigation, with a sliding door, which can hide away the navi screen when not needed Yep, Lexus had it in 2002...
