I'm wondering if the ZLZ Campaign will cover the cracks like Fatherto1 and I have. I'm scheduled on Friday to have my new windshield installed and I'll see if they'll play ball. It does say "cracked" in the campaign language and those are most certainly cracks.

If you look at the CPO or Lexus Platinum extended warranties, they specifcally exclude trim (leather, door panels, wood, plastic). A good dealer may work something out for you.
Kuhan: I'm surprised McGrath Lexus didn't do better by you; My son lived in chicago for 4 years and they went way beyond the expected for his IS250 (I bought it in NC before he moved up there).

I could have done more to get the trims replaced under warranty, but I just did not have the time to fight with them or try different dealerships. The car has many cosmetics issues so I'm not too concerned about the cracked trims.

They took mine in on trade and I got it from Manheim Milwaukee. They swiped the second fob and manuals. I talked to the prior owner ,the salesperson, and the got the auction intake sheet. They had them, but they never made the auction. Just curious as to if there was a pattern.

I also have cracks in mine. I went to bed last night and then the next morning I saw these cracks. I don't get how that happens while the car is locked and parked in a garage. LMK if anyone has found a cheap place to buy the parts somewhere online.
