Well actually, this has been going on since early April. I finally emailed the top guy at the dealer Mon. after several emails to the service rep. and all of a sudden they had the panels in. Who knows. I''m just glad they did the job.

Picked up the car today; looks great! Total bill, $10,250 Lexus, $0 for me.

FWIW, panel warranty claim written up as "poor forming material".
