Thank you for the quick reply! Anyway as far as that bazooka sub, yeah its running at 8ohm, or so the specs say. More importantly, I imagine the factory amp won't be happy with my choice of replacing the factory sub with this thing, but I intend to take it easy. I dont listen to hip-hop music but for about 10 minutes at the most. Just not my thing. So, the levels on the sub will be way down!

The OEM Sub, as I have seen hinted at above , is wired in Series that results in a 12ohm load. I have Re-Coned all of my Door Speakers but have yet to remove or replace the Subwoofer. If I see a Dual Voice Coil on the Sub I will better understand how it operates at 12ohms but not the why??
