Default Rotors + brake pads

Hey fellas, second owner of my 07' 460. Currently at 90k, the front rotors need some work have been dealing with vibration upon braking for a couple months now...have just put it aside. Wondering should I just go ahead and get these things resurfaced or go ahead and get them replaced with new ones? I remember on my is300 think I ran a good 150k + before I actually swapped out the rotors

1st, I hope u enjoy every moment with ur LS and it serves u well. Now about those rotors, there are tons of threads available on this forum that address rotor deposits that emulate a warped rotor. My solution was a Centric Cryo Drilled Rotor (partsgeek.com) and Akebono pads (tirerack.com). A bit extreme in my choice when a Centric Premium rotor and Akebonos should do. Moreover, you must choose your path. Get out there and enjoy every mile

Front: installed 1/28/2015
StopTech Cryo Drilled/Akebono

Rear: Not yet installed...coming soon*
StopTech Cryo Drilled/Akebono Performance
*20" wheels draw attention to the rotors & I prefer uniformity so maybe this week

I had that problem and I had my rotors replaced with new ones.

My aftermarket rotors, (Raybestos I believe), warped again after a year or so. I'm now researching which rotors I'll go with. I'll likely go with Akebono for pads. Brake pulsation is a widespread complaint on our LS's.

I'm ordering some Stop Tech 2 piece slotted rotors this week. I'll let you know how it goes.
