Hey guys,

Does anyone have a ballpark amount of how much a Lexus dealer will charge to have the 20,000 mile maintenance performed on the vehicle?

Seems like a middle of the road service. I'm betting on $180-$250?

The online manual that I have says the 20000 mile maintenance is an oil change, rotate tires, replace a/c filter, key battery, measure brake pad thickness, rotate tires, check driver floormat, road test vehicle. Personally, I know that they will probably charge $199 for this service but if it were me I would: have them do an oil change and tire rotation and then replace the a/c filter and key battery myself. When you bring your car in they should do a complementary safety check anyways which is supposed to include measuring brakes ( I know my dealer always does and I get the free copy). 20,000 mile service doesn't seem anything different than an ordinary oil change.

Just had mine done, $219 taxes and all.

Not a bad price at all IMHO, even at Jiffy Lube a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation is going to be $120 or so.

Thanks guys! The local Lexus dealers here in NJ are asking roughly $400 for this service!
