I have a 2009 that I believe has this vibration issue. Has anyone paid for the TSB service on the first page of this thread? Just wondering what the dealer is going to charge for this:

To cpcc :the only other thing that I found while I was researching the problem was that some people had the tail shaft removed and replaced with a new one . That seemed to at best reduce the frequency of the problem for those people but it did not appear to have totally fixed it , they still had occasional vibrational issues at high speeds. Some had no change at all to the cars performance . I have been driving on the original tyres now for a couple of months and have had no more issues since changing over to them . Sorry I can't add or suggest more to help you .
To LuvmyLS : No I had not taken my car to have the TSB work done to it .

i have a vibration that occurs ~40mph.
Tires balanced, twice. alignment checked, tires changed. front axles changed and still having the same issues.
**Update, alignment done again at the lexus dealer. had them reevaluate the vibration. They concluded that the left front axle was bad again, so changed for a second time after warranty.
Picked up the car today, on my drive back the vibration is better but still there. Called them and told them that I will be bringing it back to have them figure it out.

CPCC: I suggest that you bring them a printout of the technical service bulletin in my previous post to see if you car needs this. The vibration I feel generally happens at about 45 mph while going up a slight incline when the car is in its highest gear. Once I give it a little gas and it downshifts, it stops.

Update: they changed the left front axle for the second time. Some improvement. Right front axle was left alone. Issue still exsisted.
Drive shaft changed. Still with issues.
Tires were pirelli Cint, with 300 miles. Alignment was within specs.
they tried another car's rims and tires and situation improved. so they mounted new michelins.
Slight issue remained, and more pronounced on turns and deceleration, rear rotors warped, so rotors and pads changed all around.
And that was the rest of the story! wow, cant make this stuff up, busy past few weeks.

Not likely, there isn't much aftermarket support for anything that's unique to the AWD 460's. Best bet would be a low-mileage OEM replacement from eBay, I had good luck with mine.

So I found this oem part# 43420-50021 which is $500 cheaper than 50012. So I checked compatibility and it showed it will fit 2013-2017 at same time 43420-50012 fits all models including sport F model 2009-2017.
Called couple dealers-parts dept and they were puzzled too! They said it might actually fit but they were not sure either...
2/8/19 update
So... I ended up buying the exact OEM replacement 50012 and have it installed by the dealership. Took the car on highway and vibration got even worse!!! Can’t believe it!!
Any suggestions?

Wait, I am getting whiplash from everything you listed that you changed..
So the problem when it was all said and done were warped rotors?
Thanks my 08 rear wheel drive is experiencing same vibrations after 30mph and gets worse with mileage...
