Mine have lenses in them that are the culprit of the rattle. I haven't seen any that look different that plug directly in like the OEM lights.

Mine were one piece and had zero rattle. They still don't after 60k miles and two+ years of use.

Looks like I am the odd man out but I don't care for this mod. I recently had a Ford Mustang as a rental car and it had this option and I was embarrassed to unlock the car at night. People do seem to love this though- it drew a lot of compliments from valet guys, other folks, etc. Just not my thing at all. I noticed Lincoln is doing it as well (no surprise given the Ford relationship). For me I just don't like anything that does too much promoting of a brand (clothing with big logos, too many logos, etc) so it's no surprise that I don't like this. I would be the type to remove all badges from a car. To each his own!

I had these logo lights on the front doors, but didn't like the attention... so I opted to install these instead. Very bright!
.
I put the logo lights on the rear doors now and the led panel ones on the front doors. Though putting them on the rear doors makes them a bit off shaped cause of the angle.

Installed...
Wow - And I thought my Exhaust Vents were easy! That was a cinch! The only thing you need to do is hold the shadow light down there to know which end on the original light to pry from. You can work a fingernail up under there, then gently insert a thin straight screwdriver and very gently pry it out. Then the same screwdriver to push on the connectors clip's lock, give the screwdriver a slight twist while pushing on the connector's clip lock and it will either pop the connector out or start to pop it out.
Anyway, they look bright / brilliant. Even better than I expected. I haven't driven it yet but nothing seemed loose upon install. Will report back in a couple days about rattles.
