2017 Genesis G90, who's buying it?
Anyone here considering purchasing a G90?
Have you test driven one? (none available in San Diego until mid November...is what I've been told)
FYI: I've a 2014 Equus with 170,000 miles, fantastic vehicle for my business, and a 2016 Equus.

Nice car and definitely up on the "food chain" so I would consider buying one BUT, I only buy used cars in excellent condition with low mileage...... So I guess I will have to wait for a G90. Lexus should consider this G90 a real threat to their "flag ship" line up.
BTW! I maintain all my cars and drive them for ten years.

Like Chuck, I only buy used and in top condition. So I'll have to wait a while, but I wouldn't hesitate on a G90 if it met those parameters. Family members and friends have various Hyundais and have had no issues with any of them. That said, if all things were equal, I'd still choose a Lexus. One of the advantages that a Hyundai has over a Lexus for me, is that dealers are plentiful for any recalls and warranty issues. I have o drive an hour into Vancouver for a Lexus dealer, whereas there's three Hyundai dealers within a half hour from me and one is 5 minutes away.
The G90 is a real stunner. And that warranty?! Amazing.

Some people complained about the borning looks of the LS. But comparing to G90, I feel Ls is so much elegant.
I don't focus too much on the fancy looks when buying a car, but The front looks of the G90 really turns me off. It doesn't look like a luxury car. Looks like a ford sedan

I've operated a car/limo service since 1993. Currently have 3 X 2011 Lincoln Town Cars (all approaching 400K miles) 2014 Lincoln MKS, 2014 & 2016 Hyundai Equus, 2011 & 2015 Lincoln Navigators & a Ford E-350 van converted to limousine interior.
I had 3 LS430's in the past.

I prefer it far more than the front of the latter LS460's. I've said it before, but the LS grill reminds me of the mouth on this guy:
