Brake Pad and Rotor Thread

However, I do still happen to have a full head of hair, at 45!
The other day, I stomped the brakes (momentarily) hard enough to have the belt pre-tensioners activate, as well as the brake over-brake system activate. I forget what the system is called, but if you push the brakes quickly enough, and far enough, this system adds additional power to the brakes. I was impressed with the quickness of this system. I felt like I was getting a big ole bear hug from the seat belt. No side affects.

Came in the mail today, so I should be able to have it all done on Monday.
My rotors are a different configuration than yours, so clearly a change in the brakes was made between generations of the 460. Mine also has brake cooling channels that come through the fender liner also that I know weren't there in the older cars. Will post a picture (they're heavy!)
So clearly they have tried to design around keeping the brakes cooler understanding theres an issue, since my brakes were horribly warped at 20k miles I would say they failed LOL

Picked the LS up today from the 30k service and the brake replacement. Wow what a difference! Its incredible, even my mechanic was surprised what an impact they made.
We'll see how it goes as time goes by, but I'm a happy camper. As happy a camper as a guy who just dropped $1,000 on a car thats not even 2 years old can be LOL. (30k service, brakes, installing my new HL bulbs)

The rotors changed in 2013.
