The combination of buttons and placement changes for some model years and region where sold. It also depends whether you have the Comfort/Comfort + packages (pre-2010?) or the UltraLux package, and not whether you have SWB or LWB.
In many 2012 and older models, the 4th button controls the movement of the rear seats, I think.
In my 2014 car, the left three buttons control the L, rear and R window shades, and the 4th button resets the positions of the rear power seats, I think (hardly use it)!
On my 2010 L it moves the passenger side rear seat in and out or reclining. I do not have the executive package but I do have the rear seat upgrade which does not have the ottoman but has the reclining rear seats as well as the vibrating seats, power head rests etc.

Ok great, thanks everyone. Where would I look to see if the car does or doesn't have air ride? I was wondering if that missing button was the option to enable/disable air ride. My understanding is not all "L" models had air ride and I'm trying to verify. Thank you,

Check post #8 on this thread for the answer. You have to have a second rocker switch on your center console showing air suspension setting.
Here's the button configuration in my 2008 LS600hL with air ride suspension... The bottom far-right button brings the back seats back upright if they have been reclined by the back seat occupant(s).
The fact that the photo you posted doesn't show the Sport/Comfort or Height High button means it doesn't have the air ride suspension.
