The TQ wrench strikes again.....you will need to extract and replace that.

The repaired area has no clamping force on it and when the nut is installed It has a good chance of breaking all that JB weld off. I would say there's a poor chance of that repair lasting very long.

Yes and No.I also filled the inside to make connection for broken side.Is it easy to get the stud out and replace with new one?

Not really, the pump will have to be removed and I believe the studs go into the upper cam housing by the looks of it. once the pump is out hopefully there is some stud left to grab with some appropriate size of visegrips and remove..I would never drill in that area without taking the valve cover off and covering everything in sight.
If you don't feel comfortable doing that I would strongly recommend finding someone with some experience to do the job.

This is absolutely amazing. JB welding a freaking cam driven HPFP that has two studs holding to the cam. Astounding

If you run a vacuum there won't be an issue drilling only deep enough to get a helicoil in to hold a replacement. I've done it a few times on BMW valvetronic motor bases when the fasteners snap lol!
This is very similar but I would still encourage extreme caution
