Definitely a clogged fuel filter. Replace it and I bet that goes away.

Well I'm glad we didn't bet money!
I thought sure that would be your problem, especially considering all the other things you said you did. My only other guess is something amiss with the timing.
Maybe if roadfrog or Kenny read this they may have a better idea.

"Backfiring" from the exhaust was historically due to an overly rich mixture (as oppose to backfiring from the carburettor, which was a valve timing issue). Of course, it could be a whole host of things in modern, computerized, fuel-injected, catalytic converter-containing cars. Is the check engine light on? I think it might be sufficiently complex to bite the bullet (and take it to the dealer).

OP is this a new car to you?
I don't know about you guys, but that car seems like it's modified to intentionally back fire. Sounds like an aftermarket exhaust. Possible that there are no cats either since I feel like getting an LS to backfire with cats would be quite difficult.
I won't lie, it does look pretty cool. Reminds me of the new F-Type that back fires like it's nobody's business.
I do low key wish the LS rev matched/throttle blipped during aggressive driving.

last month i replaced the mufflers and clean the catalytic converters , because there was a sound inside the mufflers like it have been broken inside

and also i noticed that the rpm not accurate

This was what I was going to post, that's why I wanted to know if they were even in place. The fact that the vehicle is in the Middle East only fuels (no pun intended), speculation on fuel quality, etc.

The main problem was that at high rpm the car cutting off and won't shift up
the problem was exist before the check engine light comes on (P0031 HO2S Sensor low circuit)
so i don't think it is related
here is a video about the problem
