ML Amp TSB
Looking for the TSB on the ML amp, lambro's website is down so I was wondering if anyone had it. I also searched Toyota's TIS website (its nice working for a dealer and having some perks)

Thanks Chris I do appreciate it! After digging through TIS I was sure it wasn't an actual TSB, more so Lexus knew the amps were ****.

It's a known issue but no TSB. TSBs can be found on the NHTSA website also. Input the make, model and year and go to "manufacturer communications". Go to the TSB in question and open it, ignore any "summary to be provided at a future date" statements, and go to "associated documents" and there it is.

Edit: I see you posted 3 days ago that you just bought the car. If the amp is defective, CarMax should help you out, shouldn't they? Or you can take them up on their 7 day money back guarantee?
