Maybe it's just a matter of preference, but I love the standard brakes on my '14 AWD. It seems to stop on a dime, short and straight and I don't have to press too hard and I can modulate them nicely. Just my sense of them here.

Constantly ! Lexus told me I need genuine Lexus pads but I've never heard anyone here complain about this using Centrics products ??

You do not need Lexus pads, their pads are what make the brakes on the 460 so grabby, they're really thick.
