I just made a post about this. While it is greying, it is also sticky to the touch. My dealer is going to replace both the door panels and the dashboard, I believe it is a Service Campaign that affects only 2007 and maybe some 2008 models. If it affects 2008 models, I believe it has to do with the VIN
I recently bought a 2010 460L - my first experience owning black interior in a car. I notice the door panels begin showing a grey or white residue where my wife and I put our hands to open the doors (it's worse on the passenger side where she sits). I am treating it with interior products but it seems to only last about 2 weeks before needing another application. I don't know if this is dirt, oils, lotion from hands, but curious if anyone else encounters this and tricks of the trade to keep it looking nice for a longer period of time. Thanks,
My interior gets sticky if sitting outside of the garage for long. I've not noticed the gray, but it sure looks like crap after a few weeks, even if never leaving the garage.
I just got this Meguiars Supreme Shine cleaner and the doors and dash look great! I haven't seen the black appear like this, I just thought they looked their age. I just used it in my other car, love the stuff!
That looks awesome. I saw a product from McKee's that looked interesting- you could use it on the dash and leather. What are you using on your leather?

Thank you! For the leather seats it's been the Lexol conditioner and leather cleaners. Hmm the most daring I've been was using the meguiars supreme shine on the dash / steering wheel / and all door panel materials.
