I received an email saying that Lexus was killing the eDestination service effective July 12. I use this a lot, so I will miss it. They say they will still have the live agent that you can call to enter a destination for the time being.
This does not make sense to me, as a live agent has to be much more expensive than me entering an address on my browser.
