My new-to-me LS inspired someone at work to get one
Yep, a guy at work liked mine so much, last weekend, he went and got an '11. SWB, Levinson, 80K miles on it, paid only $19K, which is what I paid for my '08 L w/93K on it and really light hail damage a few months back.
I still like mine, better, but that's me.
I thought I was going to have yet a second convert, but it's a little more than he wants to spend.

I have a friend who keeps telling me he wants to buy one, or at the very least buy mine when I'm done with it. However I drive so much that in two years I should be at the 200,000 mile mark (doubt he'd be interested then). I wonder what I could get for an 07 LS460 with 200,000 miles, two years from now? Probably just 3-4k. Be better off driving it 300,000 miles if that's the case.

Ok. Have had my 600 for about 3 months.Bought it in Virginia and drove to Seattle right away.did it in about 42 hours. I fell in love with it, the drive was amazing, great handling and power. Then my wife and I drove it to our place in Arizona.again straight through. 24hrs. I replaced the front shocks and gave it a full service.Car now has about 74k on it and I can see it being in family for a long time. It is in now for a color change wrap. Going from black to matte white gold, then some new larger wheels and tires. Have to say this is one of my all time favorite cars. not a huge fan of transmition but I am getting used to it and a small price to pay for an amazingly engineered car.. Will probably post picks after the upgrades.

Anyone know what happened to McKellyb? he's been silent for 2 yrs. I've helped him get the 2012 460L a few year ago. It was rare with leather stitched door armrest which you don't see in 2010-2012 models

I think most of us have been reading a thread thinking it was current and not until the end realized it was started 10 years ago!

It is funny when you read an old thread like this and you see some names and realize you haven't seen or heard from them in years. Some guys will post a goodbye because they've sold their car and moving onto a different make, and others just disappear.

I don't know, but you could try sending him a private message.
