Default ET lug nuts or extended studs?

I recently got a set of super star jager's. In order to clear the caliper in the front, need to use a 5mm spacer. With that being done, there isn't enough thread for the nuts to bite on. I have been searching forums and Google in general for some info but got nothing solid out of it. Anyone know of extended studs I can get or will some good quality (e.g. gorilla) et nuts do the job?
Thank you
