Default 600H headlights

I really like the 600H headlights in the '07-'12 body style compared to the non H models. Is it possible to swap them out? I assume the size is identical across the entire 460 platform and therefore it would be possible to put them in. Has anyone done this?

Its possible. You will need to buy or make a conversion harness for the leds. from what I remember the harness was pretty expensive.

OP, yes the LS460/LS600 headlights are compatible with a harness. In fact, I have the LS600 headlights on my LS460. It's been a while, but if memory serves me correctly, the harness from Japan was approximately $200.

Awesome, thanks! Any recollection of what the actual headlights cost in addition to the harness?

YMMV; I essentially bought these from the eBay of Japan, but if memory serves me correctly each headlight retails for around $3-4,000/per headlight.

Yikes- looks like I will continue just admiring them on the H model then..! That's more than I would be willing to spend. I'll do some research and see if I come up with the same conclusion. Appreciate your help!

I thought the harness was going for a bigger amount closer to 7-800. That's why I never wanted to do it. If you go back far enough there is someone on the classifieds that was trying to sell the headlights without the harness or ballasts.

Not only did you install the 600 lights, but I see you also have what I covet most under the hood.....an HKS supercharger kit! Awesome.

There are used 600 headlights on ebay. Saw some today for around 700 each but some are not in best condition and may be missing components like the controller..so gotta do your homework for sure
