So I got the call today from Lexus of Tulsa that my dash and console top are in and I made a appointment Wednesday. Now everything in the front except the seats have been replaced.

How Long was the wait? I had my dash (black) ordered back in August and no word yet.

This was the 2nd go round. I had the glove box cover, lower dash and door panels replaced about 2 years ago. Around the 1st of March this year I took the LS over to Tulsa and had them relook at the dash. They took new pictures and sent them up to Corp. I got the call on Friday which was the 7th of May so I would say 60 days or so.

Re installing the dash, I noticed the clock time was wrong after leaving and couldn't be adjusted so took it in they did a quick fix right in the service lane by changing the time setting to manual, adjusting it and then returned it to auto. The next day I noticed the nav wouldn't show the car's current position being several streets off. Back to Lexus again and they promptly repaired it. Was advised it was a loose wire to the antenna.
You wonder how they could let a car go out with these 2 problems caused by the dash install. Anyway, all is well now. For those having the dash installed, you might want to check the clock and nav.

Seems as if they assign these warranty jobs to the newest technicians. My wife's car was returned to her with the infotainment system completely left unplugged. The vents were cracked when they pryed them during the install.

When my center console got redone. The tech missed the harness to the passenger seat warmer/cooler ****. I noticed not working and had to remove the shifter bezel and pull that harness free. It got pushed back behind the other wiring. You would think these guys QC the job before they release it back.
