On the fronts, yes it will help with cornering to upgrade as well but you will start to sacrifice more and more ride quality. Really a personal decision but it's more notable in the front. The bushing themselves are cheap and easy to replace. They won't look bad but if you take the used one out and compare to a new one you will see how soft the used ones are. At least this was my experience.
If the air suspension is, as I understand it, designed to minimize side-to-side motions, will incorporating a thicker rear anti-sway bar fight the air suspension or damage the air strut? I wouldn't mind a little more overseer and a flatter stance through corners. I haven't modded a car in a long while and really wanted to keep the LS stock, but I may consider the rear anti-sway bar if it won't compromise ride quality too much and won't damage stock components.

Lexus never offered the thicker Sport rear sway bar & bushings in the 430 UL model with air. But it was a fairly common upgrade. According to parts catalogs it would not be listed even though it fit great. Thicker version of the same bar. I'm sure many GS460 parts fit a lot of LS's as well. A quick search did not reveal much. Probably the most cost effective is to swap to the f sport parts. No, a thicker sway or stabilizer bar will not hurt air or standard shocks / struts. If the end links are older and worn probably worth replacing those at the same time. They are pretty cheap.
