Default 2008 ls460

i just bought a 2008 LS460 with only 25,000 miles. It's in excellent condition, mint.

Im thinking adding some headers.

What are the best for Lexus, in terms of performance and sound. I'm mostly interested in liberating some HP...

Wow that paint looks great for a 2008, don't even see a scratch on it! Very nice

Why would you buy this car for mods. Just asking? My car is fast as is!

Ahhhh the age old question. Throughout the history of the automobile, this is what we've done. Even on high performance cars.

without mods.. I'm like you, I like originality and the fact that it's a 2008 and looks like its straight off the lot. She is a dream.

Can I ask you how much you paid? If you'd rather not say, no problem.

My 87 year old mother gave me her 2008 Black LS460 about a month ago. She lost sight in one eye, plus she's getting up there in age, and just hasn't been driving it, and my 17 year old daughter just got her license, so she asked if I'd like to keep her car (I had taken it to get serviced for her... so I happened to have it in my possession)

Hell YEA! Great car! Absolutely love it!

It only had about 28,000 miles on it, but it has numerous chips and scrapes on the front and rear bumper. The rest of the car looks brand new!

When I got it, I found the button that turns on and off the parking assist warning. I turned it on, and several days later I asked my mom if she ever used it... She asked me what I was talking about.

I told her that with the parking assist "on", the car beeps to let you know if you're getting close to a wall or object, and that the beeping gets faster and faster as you get closer to the object.

"No... my car doesn't have that", was her response!

Oh well... the car is nearly in brand new condition inside and out, except for, as I said, the front and rear bumpers, which have numerous chips! (She really isn't that into cars, so I guess she used her own "Parking assist warning" system... when the car made a crunching noise, you were probably pretty close to the wall!

Anyways, just curious how much a 2008 LS would be worth, if anyone cares to chime in!
