Default Rear seat warmers not working

I have 2009 LS460 that I recently purchased. The rear seat warmers aren't functioning. Tried the switch on the center console and the ones not the rear armrest. The lights near the switch/***** don't come on so the system appears to be either disabled or not powered. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the fuses?

The front seat warmers work and I believe they are on the same fuse as rear.

Previous owner took the back seats off and forgot to plug seat warmer connection back in. It is easy to check. There are bunch of YouTube videos on taking back seats off

I don't think they are. I would check your manual and the fuse first.
