Default TPMS Sensors (2013 LS 460)

If I install four different wheels, will new aftermarket TPMS sensors work on the tires? For the senors to work correctly, do I need to buy them from Lexus and have a dealership activate them?
Thanks

After market ones will work just fine although I believe people here recommend just getting OEM ones (I belive they're Denso) for peace of mind.. You don't need to go to a Lexus dealer to program them. If you have the tools you can do them yourself otherwise your tire installer like Tires Plus or Discount Tire has the tools and can do it for you.

Don't forget to write down the codes on each of the new sensors before installing them on the rim and mounting the tires.
