XPEL haedlight protection film
I have installed headlight protection film on my ES when I purchased new 18 years back. It still remains there with no peeling and discoloration. Don't remember which brand I used at that time.
Decided to go with XPEL on 2014 LS. It comes precut specific to a vehicle with head and fog light together. Purchased at AutoSport Catalog for $46.
Installation requires using a hair dryer, its a must have. It keeps the film malleable and flexible while working through installation. As you can see from the photos, driver side came out ok (first install). However, ended up getting a bubble on the passenger side. Today morning using a pin, made a very, very small hole to squeeze the out bubble. Last photo is after the 'bubble burst'!.
It will take few more days for haze to go away and the protection film to be very transparent.

XPEL is good stuff, I have it on all of my vehicles, including my bike.
A side note about headlight film in general, be wary of some of the film particularly when using it on headlights that generate a LOT of heat, this can cause cracking within the housing itself as the film will trap the heat even more internally. Furthermore, removal of the film is a delicate process that many do not take the time in doing so, I highly recommend steaming it off, no other method, similarly like when removing PPF (paint protection film) and/or window tints.
My two cents.
