when I take off I'm feeling a hesitation or like its bogging down has anyone had that type of a problem

I see this is your first post. This has been covered extensively. Just do a search on this site. No need to start another thread. In short, this is a problem and in my case, was solved. Lots of theories", but little in the way of conclusive facts.
