IMO, the Enform app would be the best for your purposes. It's subscription-based, but I think any remote start App is going to be that way.

I have a remote start module installed in my car that works only with the key fob. It is great but has limited range and one has to be able to see the vehicle to confirm that the remote start has indeed worked.
