On the Air Ride part though, isn't the Air Ride pretty standard on the L chassis? That might make your search a bit of a unicorn hunt.

Very interesting and spurs a lingering question. I have a 460L and mine has the wood grain around the rear vents. I always thought I had the semi-aniline because it feels very different than all other 460's I drove that I know didn't have it. I also know I had the different headliner which I thought went hand-in-hand with semi-iniline. However, I thought the door panels were always leather-wrapped in cars with the semi-aniline..? My car didn't have that so it had me questioning what type of leather I actually had. Now I'm potentially more confused..!

I'm still irked the seller of a 1988 Bentley Turbo R which had a crate 502 GM motor and a supercharger put on it, didn't get back to me before he sold it to some loser who decided it needed to be on the market for double what he paid.
It looked bone stock, even on the interior, save for the hideous steering wheel and nitrous oxide controller screwed to the bottom of the passenger's side dash like an 8-track player in 1970.
I really wanted that car...kinda glad it didn't happen. I mean, I was down to shopping which differential I could put in the Ford 9" rear axle (with discs on it) to maximize MPG...y'know, to the low-teens.
I had a rough time finding just the Jaaaaag XJ Super V8 I wanted (and could afford), the STS I quite-literally crossed paths with when the owner was cruising the same used car lot I was, and I wasn't even looking for an LS when I bought this one, I was hard-core shopping 2003-2006 Mercedes CL AMG machines.
However, when it comes to used vehicles, it's very, very unusual to find one which is exactly how you want it. Don't panic on the air ride, seriously. It's simpler than people think, and I know air suspension systems can last for 20+ years, albeit, that's on commercial chassis machines.
The Jaaaag XJ, above, sold me on air suspension, because while that car was super-cushy in a straight line, make an aggressive move with the steering wheel, and it tightened up immediately. Almost zero body roll when at 40 MPH I made a few slalom moves (industrial area which was empty) which made the tires howl, but it stayed flat. My mind was blown.

These cars don't normally sell for blackbook or bluebook, they just sit on the lots for months when they are priced higher and dealers have to lower the prices to get them to move.

The car is back. If you want me to go look at it, put a hold on it.
