Default Safety Connect failure- Security disabled

Hi, I have purchased a used 2014 GS 350 from an auction which had previously been stolen. I get an announcement at start up that says "Safety Connect failure detected, please contact your dealer". I originally thought that would be fixed once I had the car repaired (broken windows, etc). Now I realize that there are a few other items that do not work that may be related so I will mention them here. The horn does not sound at all, the analog clock has no power, and the voice command does not engage. My theory is that when it was stolen prior to my ownership that they disabled something that affected some or all of these functions. Before taking it to the dealership for them to trace the issue of the warning and the other failures I've tried to trace it down. I checked and the fuse for the security was missing in the trunk so I replaced that but it did not fix the problem. The horn fuse is in place. The safety connect button does nothing and does not seem to have any power. Any suggestions as to what they may have done or disconnected? Thanks

Glad that you figured it out yourself. In case you were wondering why no one responded to your post, you posted in the LS forum, i.e., you posted in the wrong forum. Most folks here are not familiar with GS.

I don't have either model but am interested in the answer, what was the cause and solution(s) to your symptoms?

Sorry, I just noticed that you asked the question. It turns out that whoever had stolen the car before I bought it had removed the console overhead where the lights, sos button, and such are located and pulled some wires. Fortunately I was able to get them replaced and it's all up and running.

Good news, thanks for letting us know. So how are you enjoying the new (to you) wheels?
If the reconstructed header works you might consider pressing the "SOS" button twice
and enroll in Safety Connect at the new $80/year cost (was $150) lest she get nabbed again.
Figured out the subtle toys yet? A long press of steering wheel "Mode" = Mute?
Reach through the handle of any passenger door handle to unlock them all.
Steering wheel button "Off Hook" will bring up the phone screen quicker than Menu/phone/press.
