Looks like you have answered your own question about mirroring kits for 2010-12 MY!

You would have to ask Beatsonic why they don't have a mirroring kit for the older MYs. The infotainment software and hardware changed considerably with the 2013+ MY, in particular, no touchscreen, and that could be why.

As for wireless mirroring with Beatsonic kit, that's exactly what it does for Android phones using Miracast (http://www.beatsonicusa.com/if04ep.html).
