Last week my car got a warning of "air suspension problem. call the dealer". After 3 days at the dealership, the car is back with a service note:
"... FOUND AIR SUSPENSION DOES NOT OPERATE DUE TO SHORT INSIDE COMPRESSOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR. ..."
The car is a 2015 with about 23K miles. How can the air suspension compressor have a short this early? Any thoughts?

Bad solder joint or the like...it happens, albeit rarely in the robotic assembly world of the last 30 years.
