Default LS460 Electric dual exhaust bypass

Has anybody done this mod to their LS? I just want to have the best of both worlds at my command, don't care to remove mufflers nor resonators, but it would be nice to have the option to flick a switch and gain a few horsepower and sporty sound in the process. See below item and tell me what you think. Thanks in advance.

I know someone who has...didn't work out very well due to the inside rotting out over a short period of time. Eventually just went to a custom exhaust system.
The other side of that is there is no room to properly install cutouts. It also does not sound "sporty" it is outright menacing, scary, and abusive if the cutout is anywhere before the resonators.
Point being is that either a nice tame exhaust system like JoeZ PTS or a customer system of your choice i.e. magnaflow mufflers and resonator, Borla...

Thanks for the info. I did go to the thread of the fellow member that makes and sells the modification to the exhaust system. As far as I understand, this is a gasket metal joint that has a portion removed where some of the exhaust gases and part of the un muffled engine sound comes out of, is that right? If so, I am looking for a system that by the touch of a button i can choose between stock sound and deep unmuffled motor sound, I think the system that fellow member offers does not offer that choice, am I right?

All correct. The exhaust vents sound great, but it's all or nothing.

Contact Oliver Enterprises.
I have their single stack exhaust vents, perfect sound in my opinion.

It can be done. The cutouts rot easily inside, even the QTP ones.

I think I have seen them being made of stainless steel and aluminum now to resist corrosion.
